**Role Responsibilities:
As a Senior EIA Consultant / Environmental Planner, you will:
- Manage and coordinate EIA projects, providing input and authoring reports at all stages of the EIA process, from screening to the preparation of Environmental Statements.
- Offer environmental leadership and interpretation, to assist masterplanners and planners on non-EIA work and to enhance the design process.
- Apply your understanding of social and environmental drivers to achieve well-planned and designed developments at all scales.
**Skills and Experience Required:
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a consultancy, with a strong understanding of EIA requirements and experience in leading and coordinating EIA projects.
- Good awareness of the planning system and its applications.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues, co-consultants, and clients.
- Experience in managing sub-consultants and project management skills are advantageous.
- Experience with GIS, graphics software, and/or AutoCAD is desirable.
