As an experienced Principal / Associate EIA Coordinator, you will provide critical insights into the environmental and social impacts of these projects, ensuring that landscape-led design is informed and sustainable. You will lead EIA projects, author reports at all stages of the EIA process, and provide environmental leadership on non-EIA projects.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in leading and coordinating EIA projects.
- Successful track record in a consultancy environment.
- Experience working with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in managing sub-consultants.
- Familiarity with GIS, graphics software, and/or AutoCAD is advantageous.
- Excellent understanding of EIA requirements and the planning system.
- Strong communication, project management, and organisational skills.
- Ability to develop robust relationships with colleagues, co-consultants, and clients.
