Our client is one of the UK's foremost Surveying companies, providing a wide range of services to leading Development and Infrastructure clients. Now expanding its Environmental Planning department, we are seeking a top Environmental Planning lead to join this dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Technical Leadership:** Lead and manage environmental assessments, report writing, and preparation of Environmental Statement Chapters.
- **Project Management:** Oversee EIA and non-EIA projects: environmental surveys, monitoring, and construction environmental management.
- **Client Liaison:** Engage with clients, regulatory authorities, and technical experts.
- **Business Development:** Play a pivotal role in business development, including client account management and drafting proposals.
- **Sales Performance:** Acheive agreed sales targets, managing project costs and delivering productivity and revenue goals.

**Essential Skills and Experience:**

- **Educational Background:** Degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
- **Professional Experience:** Significant experience as an Environmental Planner/Consultant.
- **Personal Attributes:** Bright, charismatic, proactive, and committed with a strong work ethic.
- **Communication Skills:** Highly articulate, with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
