About Mark.
A career recruitment specialist and Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals, Mark has worked with Environment professionals since 2000. He has recruited for clients into Construction, Nuclear, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Utilities, Finance and Retail sectors.
With approaching 20 years’ market knowledge and networks, Mark’s strength is in his ability to quickly and accurately identify excellent compatibility between potential employees and employers. Mark has helped hundreds of professionals find the next step in their careers, whilst supporting many, many organisations to identify the specialist skills that they need to thrive.
Mark is also an on-call Firefighter.
About Nikki.
Nikki has worked on numerous client mandates for Melbury Search since 2015, focused on the research and identification of appropriately skilled professionals.
She has developed not only a naturally strong empathy for understanding individuals’ needs but also a pragmatic approach to advising career direction. With a background in legal services and teaching, Nikki also manages administration and marketing activities for Melbury Search.
Nikki is also a BHSAI qualified Riding Instructor.
